Courtesy Construction and Remodeling Incorporated was established on May 17th, 1993.  We are a family business and very proud of that fact!

Gene Ziegler is the Owner.  Gene has over 25 years of experience in the building trades. Ralph Continenza is the Salesman.  Ralph has over 20 years experience. Susan West is the President and Office Manager. Susan has over 10 years experience. Joseph Beach joined our sales staff in June of 2004. Joe has over 10 years experience in the remodeling industry. Bruce Clark joined our sales staff in May of 2004. Bruce has over 30 years experience in baths and kitchens.

Our normal office hours are from 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am - 12pm on Saturday.  After hours our answering machine will take your call and you will be contacted the following morning.  Or if you wish, you may complete our contact request form.

We are licensed by the State of Ohio, Bonded and Insured.  We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, A Member of N.A.R.I. (National Association Of The Remodeling Industry), and a member of PRO (Professional Remodelers of Ohio).

We have over 4,425 references with names, addresses and phone numbers of our work performed through out six counties and this number is growing everyday! 

All of our work is performed by skilled craftsmen who are professionals in their field of expertise and they are also insured.  Jobs start and finish in a timely manner.
